I got two piercings done by Lexi. She was so calming and quick to get them done. She made me feel very comfortable and I will definitely go back to her for future piercings. Front desk lady was also very nice and welcoming. Thank you guys! :)
Still waiting for them to get the proper rings
Had me drive 30 minutes here for a piercing . Had me sit in there another 30 minutes just for them not to have the equipment to do the dam piercing. Then wouldn’t even pierce where I wanted them too. I wanted an eye dermal not a cheek dermal. If it’s a higher risk for rejection closer to the eye oh well , that’s what I want and that’s the risk I’m taking.
absolutely the most horrid and borderline psychotic staff and service quality i have ever seen. i got my angel fangs pierced by lexi (who somehow claims to have experience doing such). honestly, i probably wouldve gotten better ones if i just did them myself and i dont know ANYTHING about piercings! lexi was aware that she pierced my left side incorrectly but didnt tell me when i got it pierced, rather when i came for a refund. i got blamed for being pierced incorrectly for 'moving too much' and 'complaining about pain' (whi... read more
***This isn’t misinformation: My aunt brought her in and I heard the conversation (via telephone) My daughter is autistic and has severe anxiety and this is how she was treated. This is how they treat people and spin it when called out on their behavior. Lexi tried blaming the crooked piercing on my daughter “moving” and “complaining” about pain” and then made fun of her for crying as well. A tattoo studio cannot diagnose or treat infection so why would she come in to have them assess the area as they told her to repeatedly?... read more
