Brittany is awesome at the front desk and Lexi is a badass piercer. Highly recommend.
Fail to mention that they pierce you infront of a window into the lobby ! They claim “they can’t see” and that “it’s a 2 way mirror” but I could see my sister in the room from the lobby. Invasion of privacy for sure. And when we tried to block it they got shitty and said we were invading our sisters privacy lol. Got a second opinion on an industrial piercing I got done here and it was done incorrectly. Piercer denied when I asked if it was done wrong. Waste of money.
Although Matt has this immense god complex, he humbled himself and brought himself down to our level and made an atmosphere where us non-expert folk felt very comfortable. Very personable man and loved coming here to get tattooed by him!!
