Coleen was not personable at all. She was condescending about my choices and seemed annoyed every time I spoke with her. Her prices were ridiculous and if I had any other option for my bouquets I wouldn't have ordered from her. The final product was not that nice and the flowers were starting to wilt half through the day before the ceremony even started. If I could have given a 0 star rating, I would have.

Went in to get an arrangement but had to walk out. Only one girl in there and things were very disorganized. I will say...she did mention that it had just changed ownership so maybe this was reason for things being disorganized.

I love this little store. It is adorable and has great staff. They are helpful and lovely people who will be able to help out if you have questions about the plants. I defintely reccomend getting your plants here.

Very helpful staff. That is an understatement. I wanted to set up a romantic surprise for my wife on our trip to Jasper, Elysion Florals helped me every step of the way, and didn't charge for participating in my silly shenanigans, even though I offered money. They go above and beyond. A true partner in romance. All the staff I dealt with were professional, courteous and eager to help. I don't know if they have significant competition in Jasper, but I know who my florist will be when in Jasper.
