I’ve been seeing Kjirsten for about a year and a half, and I can’t recommend her enough. When I first came to her, I had some major knots in my back that multiple massage therapist hadn’t been able to resolve. I had an amazing experience! The room was peaceful, clean, and incredibly relaxing, which made it easy to unwind from the moment I walked in. Kjirsten’s communication was excellent—she checked in throughout the session to make sure the pressure was just right and adjusted it whenever needed. Literally the best massage therapist I have ever had. She is fully committed to your wellness journey and has a deep understanding of the kinesiology to find why it hurts. Not even a joke, my family was considering moving states and the fact that Kjirsten was so close made it on the list to stay.
