The best hair salon I have been to in the Buffalo area! Mercedes was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. After the balayage she even messaged me about recommended products to buy online that would be suitable for my hair. Also Jacquelyn took her time with my haircut and did a great job. Such a wonderful team!!

Mercedes is the best hair stylist. I’ve been seeing her for over a decade and she has been consistent the entire time. She is the only person I fully trust to do whatever she wants and it always looks awesome. It is a fun environment with even better people (and snacks!)

I have been searching for a new hair stylist since a traumatic hair color over the summer. I stumbled up Mercedes and instantly felt like she was the one. I reached out to book an appointment in October but she had no availability. I was put on a wait list and within 2 weeks I was given an appointment time. Unfortunately, I could not take the appt due to existing plans. I knew she would be worth the wait so I scheduled for December. I moved to Buffalo this year and have been searching for a salon that has a feeling of being down-to-earth, an artist that is friendly and has high quality hair cuts! This salon exceeded my expectations. Walking in felt like I was entering more of a spa, as opposed to a hair salon.
