I moved to Buffalo this year and have been searching for a salon that has a feeling of being down-to-earth, an artist that is friendly and has high quality hair cuts! This salon exceeded my expectations. Walking in felt like I was entering more of a spa, as opposed to a hair salon. Last time I cut my hair at Supercuts, it was messed up so I grew it out. Jackie did amazing with my hair! My hair was super long and thick and I wanted layers and to debulk it! We took it in baby steps so we did it long and then we shortened it! She washed my hair, blow dried it, cut it wet, styled it and then did a tiny cut dry! I recently saw Mercedes for highlights and a trim and would definitely recommend her! She listened carefully to what I wanted and offered some great suggestions based on my hair type and skin tone. My highlights are perfectly blended, natural-looking, and exactly what I was hoping for. They add beautiful dimension to my hair without looking overdone.
