I felt scammed out of $25,000. My results look exactly the same as before. Before and after photos are exactly the same..I still weigh the same amount..I had a BBL, hairline lowering ( he only lowered the front of my hairline so it looks huge on the sides )eyebrow lift that seems like it wasn't even done, lipo of chin (I still have a double chin) and lipo of my body ( I'm still fat). The office itself is not only beautiful but so are the employees. From the moment I came for my consultation about a mommy makeover to the procedure itself including post op care, all of the employees including Dr. Biggerstaff were very kind, caring and attentive to me and my needs and desires. I love that they built their own surgery center that is attached to their offices as it made the day of the procedure very quiet, comfortable and personable. Dr. Biggerstaff is an exceptional surgeon! I went with him for a procedure prior to him opening his own practice, and I was so pleased with how it went that I stuck with him for a second procedure. He truly takes the time to listen to what your goals are and makes it happen. He and his entire staff are welcoming and made my experience positive from start to finish. I would recommend Dr. Biggerstaff to anyone!
Dr Biggerstaff did a scar revision on my face and I was very nervous due to my previous experience with another surgeon. He was great! He truly listened to my concerns and he is a very skilled surgeon! Thank you so much for your care and thoughtfulness! I cannot wait to see the results when it’s all healed. I highly recommend him and his team! I just wish I would have found him sooner!
