I had a frozen shoulder that was persistent. I had been to two therapists and made some progress however still could fully not raise my arm or comfortably reach behind my back. Elyse manually mobilized my shoulder to assist the joint capsule in it's ability to glide, whereas the other practitioner had only addressed flexion, extension movements. It was her technique that freed it up quickly and I can move so much better.
