Got the marriage license signing service. Monica was very lovely to work with, she was all around friendly and was pretty communicative throughout the whole process. The online form had some technical issues but she still got me all booked and sorted, even responding to emails quite late into the evening. It was a nice experience and very pleasant to work with, thank you so much!

Incorrect hours listed, says open 24 hours but we called 4 times with no answer and went to the location and paid for parking just for nobody to be there. Maybe update your business hours so people aren’t walking through downtown Charlotte and you’re closed! update: they threatened to get their attorney involved but i literally came here and if want how about check the security footage from the date of the original post and see the lady come in with a STROLLER. y’all literally aren’t scaring anyone mentioning an attorney an... read more
