Im so disappointed in my experience tonight. Ive been a loyal customer for years. Even during the transition. But tonight was just a horrible experience. I had an appointment at 5:30. As I look at the clock, its 5:45 and no staff members tell me that my nail technician is running late. I could clearly see he was no where near on being done.
