After being a regular client for 3 years (weekly mani/monthly pedi) I have recently been very disappointed with customer service. Inga a technician is great - others not so much. I had an appt today and they were almost 20mins late. I had allowed enough time in my schedule to get the mani and have drying time. When they finally started (and I had no information- I just sat in a chair waiting) I told them i had maximum 15 mins and needed to have 10mins for nails to dry. I have been a consistent customer and this was the first time I was not able to make appointment. I called in advance to reschedule and they did not answer. They called me back ONE time and I wasn't able to answer ( I have a sick infant at home!!) They went ahead and charged my card for the appointment before I was able to call them back and the appointment time had NOT even occurred yet. I started coming here last year, and I can confidently say it’s the best decision I’ve made for my nails! The salon is immaculately clean, which is so important, and the staff is incredibly skilled, friendly, and professional. Every visit is a relaxing experience, and my nails always turn out amazing. I constantly get compliments on my nails, and it’s all thanks to the amazing team here. This was my first time coming to the salon. It was very clean and welcoming and I was hoping to have a great experience. Unfortunately, I came for gelX removal and re-application and had a horrible experience. The whole process took over 2.5 hours which is unheard of for this type of service (I have been getting this for 2+ years). I had to push back plans I had for after twice during the service.
