Highly highly recommend! My husband and I had Elysian cater for our wedding reception in October 2025 and still receive compliments of how delicious the food was today. Even while cooking for a big group of people, the spice and seasoning were perfect. I still think about their beef and pasta dish and jalapeño cornbread. Their customer service was excellent as well. Wishing I could relive that night to try some of the foods again. Thank yall again!
Elysian Events IS IT! "Best wedding food I have ever had" said every guest we spoke to! Carrie Ann and the team are incredible and quick to respond. The complimentary tasting went above and beyond. We love Elysian. best Shrimp n Grits in all of Louisiana and I said what I said!
Their food is just outright phenomenal. We added their oyster bar offering and people from our wedding are still raving about the food. The shrimp and grits & gumbo were INCREDIBLE. They even packaged up leftover food for us to enjoy the next day and were super accommodating for packaging up a meal to go for my nephew. They do an amazing oyster bar!! I found Elysian Events Catering while planning a surprise party for my wife. I wanted to have some raw oysters and the team was super easy to work with, very communicative, set up and tore down without any issues, and most importantly, served a ton of delicious, fresh raw oysters with all the fixings! I also had them do shrimp cocktail and the guests finished the shrimp before I was able to get any! Huge hit and I will definitely use them again in the future!
