Worked with Elysian for a non-profit event. They were extremely easy to work with, very self-sufficient on site, their team was very friendly. And everyone really enjoyed the food! Will work with them again.
We got married in May and our guests are STILL raving about the food (I’m writing this at the end of September)! Elysian Catering was very pleasant to work with, and incredibly attentive to all our dietary needs, helping us make sure there was something everyone could eat for our passed hors d’oeuvres and buffet. They were even willing to make adjustments to their menu for our preferences and needs, like swapping dressings, or putting elements on the side instead of mixed in. I highly recommend them!
Elysian Catering is top notch. We recently held a reception for our partners in a hotel suite downtown. Not only is their communication timely, they knew all of the right questions to ask about our event so that they knew our vision. When they arrived onsite they had thought of every single detail- from utensils to the little name cards for each of the appetizers so we were not fielding dietary questions during the event. Elysian Catering was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We consider ourselves foodies and our menu was a large focus for the wedding. We've eaten at some truly great restaurants but Elysian is up there with the best for flavor and presentation. Awesome owners & staff, responsive, punctual, professional, great food, great bar program, and highly competitive pricing. Our 150-person event was a hit. I will definitely use Elysian again in the future!
