Their food is just outright phenomenal. We added their oyster bar offering and people from our wedding are still raving about the food. The shrimp and grits & gumbo were INCREDIBLE. They even packaged up leftover food for us to enjoy the next day and were super accommodating for packaging up a meal to go for my nephew. They do an amazing oyster bar!! I found Elysian Events Catering while planning a surprise party for my wife. I wanted to have some raw oysters and the team was super easy to work with, very communicative, set up and tore down without any issues, and most importantly, served a ton of delicious, fresh raw oysters with all the fixings! I also had them do shrimp cocktail and the guests finished the shrimp before I was able to get any! Huge hit and I will definitely use them again in the future!
