This management company is horrible. We booked a property that was available for the christmas holiday, just for them to cancel the reservation two weeks later with no explanation. The property shows it hold 12 and we only had 9 in the group. I would not book with this company ever.
Wonder property, beautiful views and plenty of room for everyone in our group. Highly recommend
Update: without any form of communication or notice, they cancelled our reservation after all the nonsense they pulled. We logged into the Airbnb app and our reservation was just gone. Another of their unethical business tactics. No phone call, no explanation. And they cancelled it so close to the time of our trip that all other rentals had become incredibly expensive. Okay I don’t write reviews often, but this place deserved one. Fancy Fox in Winter Park is one of those spots that just hits the second you walk in. It’s super cute without trying too hard, like cozy mountain vibes and really nice and well put together with a touch of whimsy. Nothing feels cheap or thrown in just to fill space. Loved my stay and the attention to detail. Great communication and they even connected me with a service to pick up and drop my bags at the train before we could check in so I didn’t have to take them all over the place while I waited for check-in.
