Unethical and Disappointing This company scammed us after a hailstorm, convincing us to file a roof claim even though our roof was in good condition. Our insurance denied the claim, but they promised to fight it and never showed up for the follow-up inspection. Now our record is flagged, our rates doubled, and they stopped answering our calls. Completely untrustworthy! stay away.
This company is a scam, don't trust them. We signed a contract with them 1 year and 2 months ago. They charged us insurance checks for more than $18,000, they never returned it, and they don't answer our calls or messages. They never put a finger on our roof.

I signed a contract with clear timelines, but the project dragged on for months past the promised completion date. There was little to no communication, constant staff turnover, and repeated excuses. I never received proper updates about inspections or approvals, and even the warranty paperwork came back incomplete. This is a scam. Be careful and ask them for an estimate and or quote before the job start and if they don't give you one don't let them do your roof.
