I've been seeing Dr. Chin for 5+ years and she has always been kind and knowledgeable. She takes the time to understand my concerns. I've had primary care doctors that always try to shuffle me out quickly and I haven't found that to be my experience with Dr. Chin at all. I will say though, UCLA Health scheduling is sometimes a pain to deal with. Sometimes I'm not able to get appointments in a timely manner and that is extremely frustrating.

One of the worst first and last primary care doctor's appointments I've ever had. No empathy or care and she rushed me through what should have been a comprehensive first time meeting and ignored major injuries and simply shuffled me off to physical therapy when I needed MRIs. She would only address 2 issues, and said so, and literally told me that every other concern I had I need to make separate appointments for. So complete medical abuse and denial of care. Dr Chin is thorough, kind and empathetic. I've been seeing her for several years and she has never rushed a visit or failed to respond to a message. She recently identified an issue that I'm so grateful she found! I definitely recommend her!!
