I’ve never left a negative review before, however in this case, I feel the owner feels they have enough clients already that a poor review wouldn’t matter, because as a paying client - I felt I did not matter. I arrived at my appointment on time at 1pm with Elysia - let in by the nail tech. I had another appointment later so time was of the essence. Katie is the most attentive and polite esthetician. I only went in for an eye brow wax. She cared a lot about my needs and gave me the perfect brows. The process did not hurt at all compared to other waxing services I’ve gone too. I will definitely be back.
