Management issues... they have had like 4 staff changes .... try to up sell you after you just bought what they told you about last time kind of like an infinite upsell with each visit ... seems like a commission based spa where they get the aestheticians to commit to a quota because it’s not just one staff member who does that

I have been calling, emailing, and leaving messages for 4 days just trying to schedule a small tattoo removal using the groupon I purchases. I wish I had seen the earlier review. Now I am going to file a complaint and request my money back. What a sham!

I purchased a groupon for a tattoo removal service, this is one groupon I regret to have purchased. I called to set up my first appointment and on the day of my appointment, I received a text from Laura Miles stating that she could not see me because she had strep throat. Understandably i told her i was perfectly ok with that and I hoped she got better. She responded and texted that my appointment was being rescheduled to the following tuesday at 6PM. I had a very nice visit today at Elysee Med Spa for microdermabrasion and Tripollar treatments. The office and spa rooms are exceptional, the reception staff are very courteous and professional and Rafaella (medical aesthetician) was extremely pleasant and thoroughly knowledgeable. I appreciate being able to use my aged package sessions after all. Thank you.
