I booked a last minute appointment to get my roots done. I was given a price over the phone. When I got there, they told me I also had to pay for an add on of $45.00. I did not need any other services and they insisted that I have to take it on top of the price of my roots or I couldn't get my hair done. I'm shocked that I would have to pay for extras that I do not need. Unfortunately they just lost a great customer. I definitely do not recommend this hair salon.
