I had a manual lymphatic massage with Elyse and couldn't be more impressed. She did an amazing job explaining each step of the process and made me feel completely at ease. Elyse took the time to understand my health history and tailored the session to my specific needs, which I really appreciated. Her knowledge, professionalism, and gentle approach made the experience both therapeutic and relaxing. Highly recommend!

I've had a monthly sauna membership with Elyse for several months and I couldn't be happier.
