I've had a monthly sauna membership with Elyse for several months and I couldn't be happier. The sauna is top notch and in a private room - everything is very clean, amenities provided such as fresh water and towels, as well as a shower, toiletries, and toilet. I have worked with enough massage therapists, including Elyse, to have an informed opinion. 1) Elyse's knowledge of anatomy and athletic performance is unmatched. 2) She is phenomenally strong. This means she can apply the kind of pressure you need -- with a very high degree of control. 3) She is deeply attuned to each of her clients. Elyse is probably one of the BEST therapists I've ever seen. She's extremely knowledgeable and is great with adjusting pressure both harder and softer when needed. My sessions with her have been more sports and therapeutic massages but they have been great for keeping up with if not improving my running. Highly recommend!!!
