When I realized my agent’s Dog was in her car I asked her to bring the dog in my house. I was a recent widow feeling lonely so the many visits with my agent and dog were a pleasure for me.
Not a good experience with this office at all! Our realtor was horrible and our realtors back up was horrible as well. Moving from Ohio down here to Florida using this realty company was a huge mistake. If it was not for both my realtor back in Ohio as well as the realtor for the guy that bought my house in Ohio and my lender cutting their commissions, the purchase of our Florida home would not have been possible. Laurie was incredible during our home-buying process! She was kind, compassionate and truly cares about her clients. It made all the difference when dealing with all the stress!
Worst experience ever! Watson does not manage the property I rent on Emerald Rd because they only got paid to find a tenant for the Landlord. They Just wanted the money! The realtor I worked with, Amber, said she wasn't allowed to tell me prior to moving in, that the landlord lived right across the street and can be a little difficult (Those were her exact words on the first day I stepped foot in the house & of course after I signed the lease) I didnt care for it at first because we are very good tenants BUT it has been the ... read more
I received unsolicited junk mail from Watson Realty Corp Ocala, specifically from Lola Riddle, offering to help me buy or sell a home. If I were looking to buy or sell a house, I would certainly reach out to a trusted realtor, not respond to spammy mailers. This kind of marketing feels desperate and unprofessional. If this is how they try to attract clients, I can't imagine the level of service they actually provide. Disappointing and intrusive.
