Super cute little place! Lots of toys and play structures in different areas, very clean, and they even have snacks you can buy which is a cool option to have! Only 4 stars just because I do think having an option to purchase 1 hour of play would be wonderful cost wise, my son was ready to go after 30 mins but your only choice is to pay $16 for 2 hours, so that was unfortunate considering I essentially paid $16 for only 30 mins of play. Staff was not very helpful, and then they want to tell me to remove the corner of my shoe off the carpet. Have you guys seen your carpet. It's beyond disgusting. Pictures for reference. Anyone reading this don't waste your money.
We came when it was supposed to be open play (3/14 around 4pm) but they had an event that wasn't listed on their website. So disappointing. Make sure to call ahead to confirm open play is available.
Don’t know how this place has such high ratings. It’s really unfortunate how dirty and outdated it is, because it has a lot of potential. There’s ample space, loads of stuff to climb on for all ages, push bikes and ramps, and smaller toys to manipulate such as lawn mowers and play kitchen items. My issue is with the cleanliness, or lack there of. I’m not exaggerating. Worst experience! Such a long form just to get in wowww!!!it wasn't opening in my phone and I asked her is there any other way and lady goes no! One lady sitting behind the receptionist was laughing. Are we stupid or what, finally she opened on her phone after 15 min and wants me to fill for each parent, I ask if my son can go in because he is crying and ofcourse not. Do not recommend this place if you don't want to waste 30 min before you go in
