Fun place for the kids. My daughter loves it. A bit overpriced. Bring your own socks or you gotta spend 3.50 for your own. With service charges, socks and entry, it was $24.

My family and I have visited Ely’s Play House many times, and until now we’ve always had a great experience. The staff at the front desk used to be friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was very disappointing. The employee at the front desk had her own child there. Her son kept taking toys away from my children, wouldn’t let them play, and even teased them. Instead of helping resolve the situation, the employee started collecting the toys that my little daughter was playing with and put them away. As a... read more

I had a very disappointing experience. I arrived with my two children at around 4:45 PM. Before entering, I signed the waiver and paid $32 for admission. At no point did the front desk staff tell me that the playhouse would be closing at 5:30 PM. If I had known we would only have about 45 minutes to play, I would have come another day.
