After seeing Dr Perez for the first time i felt I was a good hands . She listens to you and your concerns and is very thorough. I am very pleased and happy.I found her.
I want to say Dr Perez an staff are amazing always pleasant with a smile she is very knowledgeable and explains to me with no rush.
Dr. Perez was great BUT her staff (medical assistant and receptionist) don't have good customer service skills. The young lady was very snappy, she rushed me , I move slowly because I had hip surgery, she was very short when I asked a question about pharmacy information, she cut me off mid sentence and was a little rude. I'm a retired RN so I do know how to talk to patients and have compassion and time. I will be following up with Dr. Perez, but I would hope that the staff are a bit more considerate.
