I pointed out exactly what needed to be done, stating that the biggest issue is we have a lot of power lines that run under the tree. I said that we needed the branches trimmed back and away from the roof of the house (tall 2 story house), all of the dead limbs/material removed, as well as the tree trimmed back from the garage/neighbors yard.
