I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have Medicaid. I first completed treatment here while on Medicaid, and while it covered everything, the program was very demanding because I had to come in every single day. I recently returned to start treatment again now that I have private insurance, but the experience was totally different. They told me I would have to pay a $25 daily deductible while still maintaining that daily attendance. everyone is disrespectful ash. they don’t care about no one. the only decent people are the front desk and nurses.
An out patient that arrives 1 minute late is refused the medication that they need. We arrived at 9.01 am at the door, the nurse was locking the door so the conversation was made through the door, and refused the patient be admitted, even knowing that if the patient did not receive the medication agreed on , that she would not be able to receive her 14day detoxifying. I went here for 3 years. Everything was great at first. The counselors cared, you could get take homes and I was in compliance with their program for around this amount of time too. Last week they switched methadone brands without telling anyone. But, not only that, they don't even have the manufacturer printed on their label!! Talk about unethical!! Had to edit this from 5 down to 1 star. Went from helping me for 3 years to becoming an absolute nightmare. They became liars full of different methods to manipulate and take away any rights I might've had as a patient there. Never been treated quite that deceptively by medical so called professionals in my life and there have been many different doctors I've seen in the past 20+ yrs. Don't trust them for one second if you value your mental and physical health at all please.
