Had to edit this from 5 down to 1 star. Went from helping me for 3 years to becoming an absolute nightmare. They became liars full of different methods to manipulate and take away any rights I might've had as a patient there. Never been treated quite that deceptively by medical so called professionals in my life and there have been many different doctors I've seen in the past 20+ yrs. Don't trust them for one second if you value your mental and physical health at all please.
There is nothing good about this place. They are very slow. The pay is very low, so workers are always quitting. The front desk will tell anyone, anything. They don't follow their own program. The place is ran more like a clique, than a team. The nurses lack the understanding of the program and its policies. They lack education. The medical staff makes up policies that their corporation doesn't allow. The place has been a blessing Sam is an amazing counselor. They have under gone serious changes but have made it adaptable for everyone.
Sam and brie have really helped me in my journey to become sober. They are the 2 most helpful people here in my opinion
Change the rules when the feel it works for them. It's something different every day
