Absolutely the best! Super friendly and very helpful. I had my engagement ring resized and they did such an amazing job from start to finish that I took an inherited ring to be fixed had a few diamonds missing. The diamonds were an off color and they did an amazing job color matching and all at an unbelievably fair price!!! Will never go anywhere else

I love stopping by this shop! The customer service is exceptional, and you are made to feel comfortable and welcome from the moment you walk through the front door. I have had jewelry appraised, I've purchased new, and I've brought several pieces in for repurposing, resizing or repair. Every single time, I'm impressed with the knowledge, the talent and the kindness shown me. Prices are reasonable as is waiting time for any work to be done. Elyria is lucky to have this gem in our midst!
