I had a terrific experience at EJR. My favorite chain broke a link and I had no idea where to take it for repair. The piece is titanium so, a little weird but not crazy weird. It made sense that a place that had "repair" in the name might be able to help. I dropped it off on Sat and it was good as new on Tues. Thanks!
Went in with my Rolex watch that I did not even buy from them and asked them to add a link so it wasn’t as tight. Bill did a great job on the Spot and cleaned the watch for me as well. Unbelievable Service and it cost me less than a value meal at McDonald’s! Great service and a beautiful showroom!!!!!
What an amazing local jeweler. I just received my engagement ring back after a re-size and it looks as good as the day I first got it 9 years ago. They do very precise, skilled work. I’ve had experiences with other jewelers with sub-par work, but you can tell they care very much about their craft. Friendly, warm staff. I am looking forward to continue to use them in the future!
