I want to start off by thanking Octavius. I had taken my car for an oil change elsewhere and was told my transmission pan was leaking. Elyria hyundai service took great care of the repairs on my car. Octavius was wonderful. Great with communication and explaining the process. When my car was ready to pick up, Octavius asked that I call to let them know when I'm coming so they can have it ready for me. So I called ahead today and a female answered.
