Elyria hyundai service took great care of the repairs on my car. Octavius was wonderful. Great with communication and explaining the process. When my car was ready to pick up, Octavius asked that I call to let them know when I'm coming so they can have it ready for me. So I called ahead today and a female answered. I let her know we were going to pick up at 4pm and wanted to make sure the car would be ready to go then. She said yeah no problem. It was not ready. Updating review on 3/25: my car had problems shifting, and I was worried about it. Called on the way there and they had me in the garage within 10 minutes. Ran a diagnostic on it and flushed my transmission fluid in 2 hours. 300 total. Customer service was great. I think it really just depends on who helps you. Would highly recommend Octavius. He was fantastic to work with and very helpful. It's an okay place but it wouldn't be my first pick. I needed 2 recalls completed on my hyundai elantra so I decided to go ahead and hav... read more
