Set an appointment online for today at 8:00. Take a day off from running my extremely busy business. Service counter states that I can only set an online appointment for oil changes. My air conditioning quit working last week on the hottest day of the year. My truck is 2 years old and I paid $100,000 for it. It has only 35,000 miles on it. The factory warranty will be expiring soon. Scheduled an appointment with them over a month ago for a front camera issue i was having after some body work I had done, get there at 7:30am and hear nothing back so i called at 3pm 7 hours later and these guys tell me they havent even looked at my vehicle yet and can't even give me a time let alone if it will even be done today. Wasted an entire month of mine! Never thought I would say this but im taking it to Mike Bass Ford!
