Scheduled an appointment with them over a month ago for a front camera issue i was having after some body work I had done, get there at 7:30am and hear nothing back so i called at 3pm 7 hours later and these guys tell me they havent even looked at my vehicle yet and can't even give me a time let alone if it will even be done today. Wasted an entire month of mine! Never thought I would say this but im taking it to Mike Bass Ford!

I have always received the best service from Elyria Fords Service Department. They are all very professional. Do everything they can to save you money. Are extremely thorough in repairs. Communicate future needs before it becomes too bad. The crew are top notch from the counter to the men and women who do the actual work on my vehicles. The place is very clean.
