Ordered a gate to be installed and paid my 1/3 down payment that was required on 5/28. I was quoted 7 weeks lead time, I asked if it could be sooner and even offered to pay more to expedite the order because my wife was scheduled for labor the week before that and we wanted it installed. They said they could not do that, but they (mike piazza) will make sure it's installed in 7 weeks. So fast forward to today 8/19 and I still have no gate. I noticed Elyria Fence's comment about quality in endurance. Not true. Our $ 7000 porch of 10 years is literally falling apart because the contractor used standard steel screws that are turning to rust. Shame on me for not noticing as I was noticing other issues at the time.
