Horrible experience with this doctor. Her demeanor was rude from the very beginning of my interaction with her. She did not even introduce herself and just barged in the room as if she was in a hurry. After asking me several times about my blood pressure (which is normal) she proceeded to lecture me about the likelihood of my baby having a chromosomal issue due to my age, right after a perfect anatomy scan.
I have never felt compelled to leave a negative review about a doctor before, but my recent experience with Dr. Cardonick at Women’s Imaging of South Jersey left me deeply disappointed. I saw her following a 36 week growth scan during which I was told my baby is measuring three weeks ahead, and is estimated to be 8lbs, 11ounces. At the time of seeing this doctor, I was 32+4 weeks pregnant with twins. This was my first pregnancy and I was diagnosed a few weeks prior with gestational diabetes. I met with Dr. Cardonick for a consult for GD, which I didn’t even know I was having while at my regular ultrasound appointment. This was my second appointment of the day.
