If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered flowers from out of state as a gift. Imagine my disappointment and surprise when a picture was sent to me by the recipient and it looked nothing like the design I ordered and paid for. When I called the owner of the shop she had ZERO customer service skills. She was very defensive, claimed I was "attacking" her in the call (i had witnesses to my call and all verified I was calm and was only asking questions) and she ultimately admitted the bouquet delivered wasn't the one I orde... read more

poor business practice! I ordered flowers, from out of state. Flew in for funeral and to my surprise the bouquet was nothing what I ordered. they sent a bouquet that was listed on the website at half the value of what I pd for the owner/mgr refused to call & discuss problem so we could come to a fair understanding. i asked funeral director about fliwers as I thought he might be able to help but he just said,"ely boquet is the worst one to go thru in Ely" and I agree! poor business.
