We brought our 2 yr old grandson in during the middle of the night. Everyone was great, but our nurse Eric was exceptional, he was so patient and went above and beyond from the moment we arrived to when he carried our diaper bag out to the car at 4am and made sure we were safe. Thank you for doing what you do Eric, you made a scary situation much easier and deserve to be recognized for all you do. Ely is lucky to have you!

On July 3, 2024 I was driving my parents (ages 83 and 86) from rural northern Illinois to Ely. My father started feeling chest discomfort and pain, so we drove straight to the ER. Our experience was nothing short of fabulous. He was seen very quickly. His nurses over the course of the evening were friendly, kind and excellent. Thank you Jill, Jill and Lori!! Dr. Dave Milbrant was so thorough and thoughtful. Fortunately, test results showed nothing significant. We made the choice to go ahead to the Lake House and had a wonder... read more
