Ely Auto service is hands down amazing!! I am a member of the Nashwauk Fire Department and on our way to help with the current wildfires our brush truck had major issues! We were able to get it into Ely with the help from the Ely fire cheif and also the Hibbing fire cheif who also instructed us to bring it to Ely Auto were there would be a crew waiting to get us back up and running! We were 10 miles outside of Ely when we got a flat tire. Called and they had a tire waiting for us! Amazing service!!! Can’t thank them enough!!! Made what could have been a big downer on the last day of our camping trip but it was just a 1 hour delay! Thanks again!!! LisaRae
These guys are awesome. They kept us informed, even when our insurance company failed to. The insurance company left us stranded for 15 hours before we could get a tow, but when we got there, they made our day better. Gave good advice to NOT have a repair done due to the condition of the car's frame. Honest, helpful, and give sound advice. Love these guys! Happened July 2024
