Very nice people and an asset to have in the Elwood community. From the moment they answer the phone you feel like you’re in safe hands and dealing with professionals! Can’t recommend them enough for the care they provide my dog!
My partner and I are so happy we found Elwood Vet!! All of the staff are so nice and caring and Dr Craig is amazing and so knowledgeable. He answers all of our questions we have and is very in depth with explaining everything to us, and he’s so good with our boy as well, who’s an American Staffy x. As a new kitten mum, I was extremely distressed when my boy seemed so unwell after a surgery. From the moment I called (sobbing), the entire team treated me with such kindness, understanding, and care. They not only reassured me but provided thorough care for my kitten, putting my mind at ease. I can’t thank you all enough for your compassion and support during such a stressful time
Amazing staff and attention to detail. My fur baby was admitted for a dental descaling. The staff kept me updated throughout the day and showered Daisy with lots of attention 😆. Highly recommended!
The team at Elwood vet are incredibly diligent and genuinely caring. The support we felt from the team not just for our pup but for our family as well was unbelievable. Highly recommend to anyone.
