We received custom cut packaging boxes- and the forgot to send one of the inserts. Actually, they forgot to even MAKE that insert so we had to wait another week to receive those. Second time around, 6 months later, they forget AGAIN. The day before delivery, they tell us they will be there before 11am... they don't show up until 3 hours later. The truck driver is lazy, and stares as we unload his truck, which never comes with a liftgate.
