It's been a while since I needed to visit an osteopath. Booking was easy and possible without a referral. Patrick saw me and was able to provide a lot of pain relief from my lower back/hip problem in just the first session alone. Booked another session without hesitation. Comfortable office space. Kind reception staff who came over to where I was sitting to complete the booking and payment tasks rather than having me get up and down. I brought my daughter to get assistance for her very painful leg. It turns out we were missdiagnosed of a soft tissue injury after 2 negative x-rays. We came in and James could tell then her leg was fractured based on the pain levels. 2 weeks of agony later we finally got referral for an MRI that showed a bad growth plate fracture. He was the only one in the heathcare system that actually listened, payed attention, did a thorow examination and gave us the correct diagnosis even without x-ray or MRI ! Brilliant!
