Elwood Motor Sports is truly an example of exceptional service. Today, I called with an issue regarding my door handle on my vehicle. They said they aren’t able to fit me in to fix it, but can take a look today. I get there, and the office manager comes out to take a look, but he doesn’t stop there. He proceeds to fix the handle, even though it was just supposed to be an inspection. All the while engaging in friendly conversation, and giving me advice for if it happens again.
