Great Plumbers, and customer service from the Owner!
The initial visit by Darryl was to review our water treatment needs. During that visit our well performance was tested along with the water condition. After further water testing a system upgrade was designed and a quote sent. On the installation day, great care was taken to remove the old system components and all the new equipment was set into place. The work took most of the day and was completed with no issues. I used Elwood Laidman twice. Once for a simple install. Dakota did a great job. I showed him a major problem that another plumber and my contractor messed up. It was a tricky fix in two bathrooms. Again Dakota aced the job. Left me with a big smile on my face. Holly is a pleasure to work with. Her objective seems to be to deliver excellent service with great customer service and support. I highly recommend Elwood Laidman. You will be pleased.
Amazing service and creative solutions when needed. Highly recommend them for all plumbing needs. They unclogged our sink and put in our new faucet. So grateful for the simple things, like being able to wash dishes properly and use a sink without water coming back up. Thank you to all staff !
