Mr. Floyd is knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to personally answer all my questions. His tax preparation services are top-notch, and include useful organizers which streamline the process and make it as convenient as possible. My return even included a report which predicts how my taxes will change in 2018 under the new tax law. Overall, doing my 2017 return here was a great experience which didn't include the headaches that are normally part of tax season.
