We absolutely LOVE Elwell Corp! They are incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and took great care of us when we stopped in to have some maintenance done on our heater. We run a 2023 Mercedes Winnebago Revel with the Elwell heater and ran into some issues with its performance—the customer service team always answered the phone promptly, called us back when requested, and got us on the phone with the right techs to troubleshoot in the field. I’m not entirely sure what is happening at Elwell. In the past the service department has been spot on. I have had multiple good experiences but in the past month I have emailed and called multiple times (leaving messages with the receptionist) and have not had any response whatsoever from the service department. The person who represents the camper brand I own has called multiple times and has had no response either.
