I’m not entirely sure what is happening at Elwell. In the past the service department has been spot on. I have had multiple good experiences but in the past month I have emailed and called multiple times (leaving messages with the receptionist) and have not had any response whatsoever from the service department. Friendly family vibe and the team took care of my Timberline heater without asking questions or trying to deflect the blame like other RV shops. One of the best experiences in my RV ownership.
This company is nothing short of UNBELIEVABLE! Phone calls are answered not just by humans, but incredibly friendly and professional staff members. Email responses are darn close to real-time and, in all my dealings with them, my issues were clearly understood, responses were empathetic, and solutions were immediate and thorough!
