Out of all house flippers, he came in at the absolute lowest. While he was upfront about costs, I do believe said costs were skewed a fair bit. If you wondering what a cash buyer will give you. Its typically 70-85% of the actual value of your house. This company came in at 61% just to give you an idea of what to expect.
Honest and professional to work with. Although my family didn't end up using his services, he was upfront about the process and what needed updating. If you're in a hurry and need cash quickly, or you don't want to deal with showings or people, this might be a fantastic service for your family and situation. However be realistic, you will not get anywhere near retail value for your home unless it's extremely modern.
