I purchased a car through Elvis Auto and it has several mechanical issues. In addition, I can’t register the car due to a title problem. I have been told to deal with the finance company but they don't responded either. I paid for the car to be registered as part of the deal. I have called and emailed several times. I have not had good support from Elvis and would not recommend doing business with them. I wish I could just give this car back.
Hey, I just wanna give a huge shout out to Elvis auto. This guy Elvis not just a salesman. He's also the mechanic and the finance guy him and his staff took care of everything for me. I had a slight glitch with my Silverado. He took care of it right away. He made everything so easy for me from financing to putting it on the road this guys great. I so appreciate Elvis making my experience smooth. Thanks my man!! Your the best!!
If I could give zero stars...I would. They were great to talk to in the beginning but horrible after. To start Elvis had us waiting over and hour before he showed. I was told that the car had never been in an accident or flood and all pieces were factory. Have had nothing but trouble since I drove it away. Check engine light came on in 2 days and I was told to make and appointment and could pay to have it fixed. Don't purchase anything from this auto dealership. I purchased a lemon they sold me a warranty it covered only 10%. First it was the oil cap popped off, then the coolant, then the rubber hoses, then the battery, then the gas line. It was a hazard to drive from day 1! Trained technicians could not even figure out the hazard of this vehicle they rushed me into buying. The price was $8500.00 I traded in my Equinox $2,500.00 plus put down $1,000. The positives. Left with the truck the same day. Truck is still running after a year without any major issues. Though the ac has gone; which led me to discover most of this today. The negatives. Rear door sensors were supposed to be fixed when owner returned from "vacation". Never happened. Was told the financing company required a warranty to finance the vehicle.
