Got charged for services and parts they didn't do. They sold me a car that had rigged up power steering lines, Could never get a response from them after they "fixed" it from Elvis or Troy.
Elvis and company have treated me very well. Had some issues with my vehicle, but was impressed by how they were willing to support and work with me. I would recommend them if you’re in need of a decent vehicle at a reasonable price.
I was approved right away, they even offered to pick me and bring me in instead of taking an uber, They were extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly. they answered all my questions and and addressed all my concerns, they were extremely patient with me, great customer service! They made me feel very comfortable about my purchase, I was in and out I highly recommend Elvis auto!
They’re very pleasant. They’re very quick and they have clean dependable vehicles I would do business with them anytime this is my second time only because I got into a car accident. Mine was totaled so yeah I would recommend Elvis Auto five stars.
