I’m a nurse who was recently seen by Dr. Villafuerte for an acute neck condition. Unfortunately, my experience was very negative. She came across as condescending, lacked empathy, and did not take my pain seriously. Instead of addressing the urgency of my condition, she treated me like a drug-seeker, which was both upsetting and unprofessional. As a fellow healthcare provider, I expected compassion and respect, but received neither. I would not recommend her to anyone looking for understanding and effective medical care.
