My daughter just had an annual well visit with Dr Elvira Iancu. She was demeaned by this dr. She called her "deformed", (because she has scoliosis) she interrupted her several times and actually said "Be a good girl" as my daughter was leaving. I could point out several other things but will protect the privacy of my daughter. This Dr. is insensitive, rude, and demeaning and should be reprimanded!
Saw Dr. Iancu when I experienced pain and tingling in my left arm for four hours in the early morning of a Sunday. I first called the urgent care that morning, and they arranged for an appointment with Dr. Iancu for follow-up. She was highly competent, thorough, valued me as a human being instead of treating me as just a patient and listened attentively while checking all the systems that she felt she needed to test. Dr. Iancu is absolutely amazing. She is very personable, caring and extremely knowledgable. She's very thorough and a wonderful person that cares about you as a person.
