Amazing customer service. Messaged them on WhatsApp as one of my wearable pumps stopped working (after months of daily use) and the other one had a battery that wasn’t lasting very long - they just sent two new ones to my address in less than 48hrs. Extremely kind and efficient and the pump works really well. 100% recommended.
I had the Elvie stride and was happy with this at first. It suddenly stopped working and I got in touch with customer support. The person helping on customer support was very nice but advised it’s likely something wrong with an accessory rather than the pump itself, these items only have 90 days guarantee which I think is shockingly low so I would have to repurchase pieces and it might not fix the problem. Bought one set of elvie brest pumps £440 and failed within a month. Took them back and luckily got replacements from Amazon, which then also failed 2 months later. Total garbage. Don't fall for the marketing hype
I bought my pump just under a year ago and have exclusively ounped, I loved my elvie stride double and had minimal issues. However, the silicone parts wear out VERY quickly and ard now impossible to get hold of. The support from Elvie is non-existent and is of no use, very robotic responses and cannot fully answer any questions. I wouldn't purchase from Elvie again.
I was really excited for this product. But was let down quickly. I received this as a gift (amazing right!) but it wasn’t working. I used their WhatsApp line and generally it was helpful. Until it wasn’t. As a first time mom navigating everything that is new with having a baby, I do not have the time, energy or patience to troubleshoot a product 3 times.
