UPDATE: after reading the reviews which I wish I did before spending my money with Elvie, they are very quick to leave a public reply but I still have not had any contact or response with regards to my order. Still no product, email confirmation of cancellation or refund. Worryingly I managed to speak with someone on the phone who assured me I’d have an update that day (didn’t happen) and then said refunds and products are taking up to 3 MONTHS ! Awaiting a replacement for a product that lasted one week. Been told it will arrive in 48 hours and still waiting. Awful service how can I rely on being able to feed my baby ? Outraged with the customer service still no update 3 weeks later and the same response !!!! Expensive and doesn’t last and still no replacement ??
Reporting to trade trading standards commission. Have been offered my fourth and fifth replacement hubs nearly a week ago after originally purchasing the Elvie Double Pumps at the end of November and they haven’t been sent. Terrible product and horrendous customer service. Has made my experience expressing twenty times more stressful than necessary - the last thing you want or need as a mother with. New baby.
Do not order products from their website. They went into administration and are not shipping out orders anymore
