Bought one set of elvie brest pumps £440 and failed within a month. Took them back and luckily got replacements from Amazon, which then also failed 2 months later. Total garbage. Don't fall for the marketing hype
I bought my pump just under a year ago and have exclusively ounped, I loved my elvie stride double and had minimal issues. However, the silicone parts wear out VERY quickly and ard now impossible to get hold of. The support from Elvie is non-existent and is of no use, very robotic responses and cannot fully answer any questions. I wouldn't purchase from Elvie again.
I was really excited for this product. But was let down quickly. I received this as a gift (amazing right!) but it wasn’t working. I used their WhatsApp line and generally it was helpful. Until it wasn’t. As a first time mom navigating everything that is new with having a baby, I do not have the time, energy or patience to troubleshoot a product 3 times. Very disappointed! Spent a lot of money on the stride to encounter problems after a couple of months. When contacted they said you have to purchase new parts every 3 months, which seems crazy for the price. When looking to purchase the new parts there was nowhere to buy them separately. Wouldn’t recommend!
Absolutely shocking customer support. I have been chasing them for weeks for a refund as my Elvie pump broke down for the second time and they could not replace it in time so I had to buy a new pump. Since then I have been chasing them for a refund weeks on end and their customer support just keeps saying they will contact me within 24-48hrs and no one gets in touch.
