Good service, at the end the issues were solved. Period!
** took them to COURT, and I WON paid me £10,000 and picked the car up** Faults within the first 24 hours, argued back and forth with garage for 2 months to get fixed. Was never fixed. Now it’s been made clear head gasket is blown. All within 3 months warranty period. Garage refusing to take the car back and ignoring all contact made by me. Legal action it is!
The worse place to buy a car!!! I got a car in April from this so called garage and it was faulty. I took the car back and they said they would repair it. They never returned the car nor did the refund the 12k I spent!! I’ve had to summon them to court to get the money back. The customer service is great before you buy but as soon as you have any problems they change. They swore and have kept the possessions I kept in the car! Shame I can’t do 0 stars. I wouldn’t even recommend this garage to my worst enemy… Bought a Peugeot 208 from Elvi and I’ve had nothing but issues with the car & the dealership. Had the car for a week then an engine warning light came on. Struggled to get in contact with the dealership until finally they responded. They advised me to go through the warranty to get it fixed, yet they hadn’t put any warranty on my car. So warranty people refused to help me.
