The HoA is way to high for nothing! All the neighbors that rent do is complain. The condo association only sees one side, never handles confrontation or a problem the correct way the crime rate is too high and it’s the residence who live there. They have to pay the price and children can’t even play outside in their own neighborhood in their own court its truly sad! Wish i never moved here!
Poorly managed trashy community. HOA is a complete joke. Grass barley gets cut. Snow removal hardly ever happens. Unless you are part of the association or a relative upkeep to condominiums will not happen. The president of the association does not follow up on what they say they will do. Buyers beware . You were were warned!!!
Each house comes with two spaces. I and mother in law are disabled, and at times have to park far away from our house because of visitors. This is during the weekdays. Ironically, all the visitors are also handicap. So they refuse to park on the street. One of the cars just will not leave. For the past four months, I have been trying to reach the office for permit parking in front of our house. Also, It is NOT Handicap accessible. On my bad day I have to use my Cain or walker.
