New to the area. Talk about trust?!? This is my second time having my Rav4 serviced. I came in, and true to the other customers who took the time to review (thank you!), I left with a MUCH lesser bill than the dealer quoted me. No shady overselling. Got the oil change done at the dealership and during that time, I received "the call". The most important issue to me about my repair is having it done that day. Since I was the first to show up because my accident happened in the morning the came through and had it ready for me by closing time. They were nice enough to lend me a loner car so I would have to sit there all day. They were very assuring of what I needed done and nothing more. Excellent service. Oil change was quick and fast. They also dropped me off at home so I wouldn't have to wait in the lobby of the shop. Over all great experience. Everyone there is nice and very welcoming.
I have never had a bad service from them. They have serviced 2 of my vehicles and a friend of mines. Every time, they have been wonderful!
I took my vehicle to elvaton auto & truck service for a routine inspection, and they tried to knock me up for $1,200 to replace rack & pinion for a "leak" they found. Needless to say, I was bent over with paying $80 (overpriced too) to get my keys back. Received an inspection certificate from singer's auto on same day for $59.99. I recommend elvaton truck & auto services ONLY TO THE RICH &STUPID. They rob the naive, and would have robbed me blind if I wasn't smarter. 1 star.
Let me start by saying that I normally do not make rude statements but they have left me no choice . I went to elvaton for service and started dealing with the son of the owner , he was very kind . He got me in quickly , the price was slightly high but I was willing to pay for convenience . After they took my vehicle the son left , and it was all down hill from there .
