Stay away from this shop. The manager is a crook. I dropped off my scooter and for repair & was quoted a price that I agreed to. When I went to pickup scooter they tried to charge me $300 over what I agreed on. The manager said that they would remove the batteries they replaced and u could have my scooter. This is the kicker. ELV Motors is a great place for anyone interested in electric bikes and scooters. What stands out most is their strong product selection and knowledgeable service team.
I had a great experience at ELV Motors, Inc. They have a wide selection of well-known electric bike brands, and the quality of the bikes is excellent. The owner was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I actually left my MacBook Pro at the shop by accident, and the owner kindly kept it safe for me. I was able to come back the next day and retrieve it without any issues. I really appreciated the honesty and kindness.
