This place is an absolute scam. I dropped off my bike for repairs in March 2026 after only owning it for a couple of months, and as of May 27, 2026, it still hasn’t been repaired. I’ve been consistently communicating with them trying to get updates and resolve the issue professionally, but today was the last straw. When I went to retrieve my bike, the older manager I dealt with was extremely unprofessional and completely incapable of handling the situation appropriately. Not recommend, repair my tire and refused to repair it again and guarantee the work despite it only being 2 months since it was replaced with a new part, all while being expensive. Update upon trying to reach out to the owner of elv motors I was promptly ignored.
I recommend Sean and ELV motors They are amazing! Sean is very helpful very knowledge and helped me with all of my issues with my e-bike. Five star rating all day!! Thanks again, Sean and team.
I had excellent follow-up with ELV motors - specifically Sean the owner. I ordered an EcoReco L5+ scooter from ELV as they had them in stock although they aren't manufactured anymore. I've had the same model for 4 years and wanted another one as it fits my needs/usage perfectly since it has a solid rear tire and a urethane filled front tire (no routine tire pressure maintenance.)
