I bring in my e bike battery. 2 months later they finally decide to message me?????? I pick up my battery and guess what they did to it…. Saudered two wires together that would take any electrician 5 minutes. Blatantly ignoring my work order and the part that needed to be replaced on my battery. They issue me a refund (good). A couple weeks later I get my battery fixed and Try to install it and guess what… they removed an extender on the battery so that it fits into my bike. Got a Urtopia from ELV - the first time I came in, I didn’t know much about e-bikes but Brent helped a lot in understanding my requirements and choosing the right ebike. Since then they’ve also been great whenever I’ve dropped by for maintenance/servicing.
