Good people, great environment, they made me smile for a while, Jerrick did my haircut, he was very professional and kind at service
I had a 4:00 PM appointment with Jessi and arrived early at 3:55. I was told there might be a short wait, but ended up waiting until 4:25 with no clear communication or update. I understand things can run behind, but my time matters too. Jessi may be talented, but this experience didn’t feel respectful or professional. I’m giving 3 stars because I was at least informed there might be a delay.
Went and got a cut from Eric - he is super friendly, knowledgeable about curls, and did a killer job! Clean shop and good vibes :)
