Always get my cl9 service here however lately each visit there always seem to be new faces and overall experience aren’t what they used to be
Had Issues with contacting them online in regards to an ecu. Managed to get into contact with Tony through unconventional routes. Tony provided some of the hands down best customer service I have ever experienced, him and jimmy just being super informative and knowledgeable in Honda ECUS plus super accommodating and helpful in regards to helping my situation and problems. Amazing customer service experience, just kind of hard to get ahold of.

Five stars. Elusive Racing are absolute legends. Honest, down-to-earth, and they really know their Hondas—spot on with every diagnosis, whether it’s fixing or fitting performance mods. Always respectful, always willing to go the extra mile, and they’ve never let me down. These are the people to call.
I ordered a new air filter from elusive racing and this is what I received. Customer service emails have been slow and now totally unresponsive for 2-3 weeks. If you’re purchasing online, beware - if you have any issues, they may leave you hanging as well.
