Had purchased multiple times from them online, fast delivery IF THEY HAVE STOCK. Last ordered 1item in Jan2026 which need backorder, but now it's halfway past April2026 still nothing. Had sent multiple emails and left messages on their webside but never reply. Just want to know if there any update of my order and ETA, maybe the item is sent from Mars so it takes this long, but they never reply. I suggest only order things from them if in stock only and pray the item is ok or you'll have hard time contacting them.
Always get my cl9 service here however lately each visit there always seem to be new faces and overall experience aren’t what they used to be
Had Issues with contacting them online in regards to an ecu. Managed to get into contact with Tony through unconventional routes. Tony provided some of the hands down best customer service I have ever experienced, him and jimmy just being super informative and knowledgeable in Honda ECUS plus super accommodating and helpful in regards to helping my situation and problems. Amazing customer service experience, just kind of hard to get ahold of.
Fast delivery and a really genuine Parts with a fancy stickers for my accord euro CL9 , Thanks a lot would prolly order more parts soon 😊
