I got extensions done from Jillian. She ordered me different colored extensions than the ones I picked, but I didn’t know. When I took my extensions out I left them with her to get them cleaned and stored properly. I later needed to pick them up and she hadn’t cleaned or stored them, she threw them in a plastic bag.
