I went to Elucell in Richmond for Sculptra injections with Dr Daiana Baragan. The service was awful and unprofessional and she seemed inexperienced. The main reason for this review however is the ridiculous amount charged $1,000 per vial! Serious robbery. I know of amazing medical practitioners in South Yarra (but had not realised they did sculptra) when I spoke to them about it they informed me they charge $1250 for two vials. My experience at Elucell was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Every step — from the initial consultation to the treatment and follow-up — was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine attention to detail. Really disappointed in my experience here. Would not recommend for Botox. Wasn’t listened too and rushed. Left my 2 week review ever more concerned.
